Update on Lindsey

OK, so I knew it wouldn't be long before I started slacking off on the blog thing. I've just never been someone that likes to put my thoughts in writing. Not that I haven't thought about posting an update. I just haven't felt like messing with it lately. And I wasn't to sure if anyone else, other then the two I talk to, was reading it. But someone else asked for an update so I guess there are others that read my blog. So here's an update on what has been going on around here.

The last blog I posted was on the 30th of July and we had just found out that Lindsey, Orval, and a girl named Rose were in jail for breaking into a house. Well they are still in jail. They've had their first court hearing to be appointed attorney's and their bond's have been set. Not that anyone has the money to bail them out. Anyway. Yesterday Lindsey had two Dr. appointments that the jail had to take her to. So mom went to meet them up there so she could get the proscriptions and have them filled. When she got up there she was told she had to leave or they wouldn't bring Lindsey to the appointment. So she left. Let's just said mom was very mad when she got back home. She was told she would have to get an OK from the sheriff for her to be there for the appointment. So she called the sheriff's office and was told that it wasn't anywhere in Lindsey's record that she had any mental problems, was on Med's, or had a guardian. Now see this information should have been put in her record last year when she was in this mess to begin with, but evidently here attorney kept it from going to the judge and told Lindsey to tell the judge that she was not on any Med's. So when mom talked to the sheriffs office she was told that if Lindsey has mental problems she should never have been put in jail at all and that they aren't set up to handle mental felons and that she should go talk to the judge. So now that's what mom is trying to do.

As for the rest of us we took Matt camping at the lake, had dinner at aunt Donna's house, and Matt started 2nd grade. I'll post some blogs with pictures on those events after while.
